Why are your rates lower than the other DJs I've researched?

Most high-quality, DJ companies charge well over $1100 for their wedding services. Ask them why they charge so much and you'll probably hear things like "we are in high demand" or "we use only the best equipment". They may try to convince you that you can't find a quality DJ at a reasonable price. We disagree.

Our services are in high demand. We do use top-of-the-line equipment. We offer the highest level of quality, and professionalism to our customers. Yet our prices are much lower.

We know we could charge more, and our schedule would fill up just as quickly, but that's not our plan. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and best possible value.

We have a wedding date. How soon should I book a DJ?

Our wedding season schedule really starts to fill up around the beginning of the year. Whenever possible, try to book your event with 8-10 months in advance. We do sometimes have last-minute openings, however rarely.  Elite Entertainment works on a first come, first reserve basis, so to ensure your date is secure with us, try to book as early as possible.

How much do you charge?

That depends on a multitude of factors. Some of these include;  is your event during peak wedding season, how much travel is required to the venue location, are there supplemental setups required (i.e. ceremony, remote cocktail). All this can be discussed via phone, email, or (my preference) in person.  You will know the final cost of your event before you sign the contract. There are NO hidden charges. We do not charge for setup, teardown, or our planning meetings.  Please call or email for your customized quote.

How much of a deposit do you require?

We require a retainer of 25% of your event cost. This is required at the time of signing a contract, with the balance due one week before your event.

Can we pick our own music?

Absolutely, this is about you and your event. You can provide as much or as little input to the music selection as you like. We discuss all of this in our planning meeting with you.

Can you send references to me?

Yes, we are more then willing to send out references. Just let us know you are interested and we will provide them for you.

Do you enjoy mobile entertainment work? What is the best part about being a DJ?

This is an amazing career. We get to see people in love, families reunited, and happiness every time we work a reception. Friends, music and a great time…talk about a work environment. It's a privilege to play a part in facilitating all this enjoyment.

Do you drink alcohol while working?

No. Our job is to provide you a high quality, professional DJ, who is working for you. We do not feel it appropriate to engage in alcohol consumption while working your event.  We want to stay alert and focused, and safe.
